Ingredients:

  • 500 g semisweet chocolate or one of your choice;
  • 1 cup preferably grated coconut tea;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 50g of white chocolate.

How to prepare the truffled Easter egg?

  1. First step is to chop all the semisweet chocolate, melt it in the microwave in a water bath, leave the chocolate for 30 seconds at maximum power, do this procedure more than 1 time so that you can melt the chocolate;
  2. You will notice that melted it is very homogeneous;
  3. Then take the molds intended for the egg and brush in it, until it covers the entire shape, a spoon can help you, but ideally you have a very specific brush for this;
  4. Place in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the fridge and repeat the process 2 more times.
  6. Leave it in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

How to make the stuffing?

The stuffing is prestigious, so you will have to heat it, 1 can of condensed milk, a cup of grated coconut and white chocolate. Stir well until it thickens, after that turn it off and put the filling in the mold, do not put the filling all the way to the top, complete with the rest of melted chocolate or whatever you prefer, take it to the freezer after it is ready and leave it there for 30 minutes.

Golden tip: if the filling is too soft, add more coconut, if it is too hard, add condensed milk.
