To make pizza, you first need to make solid dough. For this, you will need to mix wheat flour, olive oil, salt and biological yeast. Next you will add water or sugar, a blender and yeast. This will give the dough a smooth, cake batter-like texture. Once you have all the ingredients together you are ready to make your dough.
If you don't have time to make a dough, you can also buy one from a store. While this is a convenient and time-saving option, pasta takes longer to make. For example, a pasta with mozzarella, escarole or olives can take more than 20 minutes to bake. You can customize these pizzas to suit your taste.

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup olive oil (tea)
- wheat flour for sprinkling the worktop
- olive oil to grease the bowl
- 6 cups (tea) wheat flour (about 840 g)
- 2 tablespoons of dry yeast (20 g)
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 ½ cups of warm water (tea)
How to make Homemade Pizza?
- Mix the yeast and sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle with hot water and mix well with a spoon to dissolve. Leave at room temperature until foamy, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the flour with the salt and make a well in the center. Take a bowl or other large bowl and grease it with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, there should be enough room for the dough to rise.
- Once it foams, pour the yeast mixture into the center of the flour bowl. Add ¼ cup of olive oil and, with a spatula, mix just until blended.
- To knead dough: attach bowl to kneader with dough hook; start beating at low speed for 5 minutes; Gradually increase the speed to high speed and beat for a further 15 minutes until a pliable dough forms – it will pull away from the side of the bowl and form a ball on the dough hook of the kneader.
- Loosen the dough from the mixing bowl with your fingertips (or a spatula) and transfer it to the greased baking sheet. Cover it with aluminum foil and let it rest for 1 hour, until it grows and doubles in volume.
- When there are 30 minutes left for the dough to rise, preheat the oven to 250ºC (high temperature). If you are using a soapstone tin, place it in the oven while it is still cold to heat it up from the start – otherwise it may crack due to thermal shock.
- Sprinkle a smooth surface with flour; place the pizza dough on the surface and, using a spatula (or knife), divide it into 4 portions. Reserve part of the dough to roll out and cover the rest with a tea towel to prevent it from drying out.
- Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a circle of about 30 cm in diameter remember to clean the work surface with flour so that the dough does not stick.
Now it's up to you to stuff your pizza the way you prefer, it's deliciously soft
