- 3 eggs.
For the syrup, you will use a cup of sugar as well as half a cup of hot water.
Now, it's time to start with the syrup. So, put the sugar in a pan and let it melt well, when that happens, add the hot water and stir until it dissolves completely.
Then put it in a round shape and let it cool down a little. The ideal is to move the syrup on the sides little by little, to “stick”.
Meanwhile, beat the condensed milk, eggs and powdered milk in a blender until well incorporated.
Then put it in the pudding mold with the syrup and bake it in a bain-marie for, on average, an hour and a half.
Once ready, let it cool well and take it in the fridge for at least two hours before unmolding.

Pumpkin candy is easy to make and can make your life sweeter in pieces. So separate:
- Half a kilo of seedless and peeled pumpkin;
- 75g of grated coconut;
- 4 cubes of dulce de leche;
- 3 carnations of India;
- 1 cup of sugar.
To prepare your jam, place all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, preferably a pressure cooker, and leave it on low heat for, on average, five minutes after taking pressure or until the pumpkin softens well.
Then remove the carnations and completely mash the candy, take it back to the fire for ten minutes.
Now, just put it in a lightly greased or non-stick baking pan and let it cool before cutting the pieces.

- 1 and a half cup of rice;
- 2 and a half cups of water;
- 5 cups of milk;
- 1 can of cream milk;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 2 spoons of vanilla essence;
- Sugar and cinnamon to taste.
To prepare your rice pudding, put the rice and water in a pan, letting it boil until all the water dries up.
Then add the milk, essence, condensed milk and sugar without stopping stirring.
After about fifteen minutes of boiling, add the cream and stir for another five minutes.
Then turn off the heat and serve in a container or pots sprinkled with cinnamon, hot or cold.
Fruit compote among homemade sweets
Fruit compote is an option for those more special occasions, to surprise as well as to satisfy your cravings for sweets and make the most of the homemade flavor.
- Half a cup of sugar;
- 2 carnations;
- 2 diced apples;
- Half a cup of white raisins;
- 2 pears chopped in cubes;
- Juice of half a lemon;
- 1 cinnamon stick.
Finally, the cream is prepared with:
- 1 box of milk cream;
- 1 spoon of cornstarch;
- 400 ml of milk;
- 1 box of condensed milk;
- 3 sifted yolks.
First, put the sugar, apples, pears, raisins, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Stir well until softened and finish with the cloves and cinnamon.
Place the mixture in small jars and place in the refrigerator.
Then mix all the ingredients of the cream until the cornstarch dissolves completely and lead to the fire until it forms a thicker cream. Let it cool for twenty minutes.
Then pour over the compote and serve chilled.
