To prepare your rice pudding, put the rice and water in a pan, letting it boil until all the water dries up.

Then add the milk, essence, condensed milk and sugar without stopping stirring.

After about fifteen minutes of boiling, add the cream and stir for another five minutes.

Then turn off the heat and serve in a container or pots sprinkled with cinnamon, hot or cold.

Fruit compote among homemade sweets

Fruit compote is an option for those more special occasions, to surprise as well as to satisfy your cravings for sweets and make the most of the homemade flavor.

  • Half a cup of sugar;
  • 2 carnations;
  • 2 diced apples;
  • Half a cup of white raisins;
  • 2 pears chopped in cubes;
  • Juice of half a lemon;
  • 1 cinnamon stick.

Finally, the cream is prepared with:

  • 1 box of milk cream;
  • 1 spoon of cornstarch;
  • 400 ml of milk;
  • 1 box of condensed milk;
  • 3 sifted yolks.

First, put the sugar, apples, pears, raisins, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Stir well until softened and finish with the cloves and cinnamon.

Place the mixture in small jars and place in the refrigerator.

Then mix all the ingredients of the cream until the cornstarch dissolves completely and lead to the fire until it forms a thicker cream. Let it cool for twenty minutes.

Then pour over the compote and serve chilled.
